Skilled in her approach to investment real estate, Kate harnesses a wealth of market research with her native knowledge of the North Bay, to strategically navigate through real estate transactions.

 

An active member of her community, Kate has served on the Rotary Club of Sausalito’s Housing Board, providing seniors with affordable living options, enabling them to remain in their community. In addition, she chaired the Rotary Club of Sausalito's Annual Charity Gala for consecutive years, setting the record for the most funds raised in the club's history. Kate sits on the committee for the local real estate fundraising event, the Kickball Showdown, which has raised over $150,000 for local youth charities.
