NorCal Commercial’s reach out to the communities we serve goes beyond our business. In addition to supporting the apartment industry broadly, NorCal brings both financial and physical resources to causes we feel strongly about.

 

Our ethos is easy to trace to Scott’s involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters going back to the mid 1980’s and his first meeting with Kate in a board room at Boys and Girls Clubs of the North Bay. 

 

Like each and every such  partnership, the meeting with Kate Raphael (now Kate Raphael Smith) that ultimately led to the re-start of NorCal Commercial in 2022 was incredibly fruitful and fortuitous.

Please join us for the Kickball Showdown on September 26th at Piper Park. Scott founded the Kickball Showdown in 2007 as a way of bringing real estate professionals together to give back to the community. Now in our 18th year, this event has raised over $350,000 for local North Bay underserved youth.
